Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the MORE Team!

Before you fill out this application form: we’d like you to pray about it just a bit, asking Jesus if He wants you to volunteer with us. If you think the answer might be YES, then keep reading, since it’s important to “…do whatever He tells you.” (John 2:5)
To serve with MORE: volunteers must be at least thirteen years old (or have completed the 7th grade) by the date of our next training session, which will be on Saturday, August 9, 2025), have personal relationships with both Jesus and Mary, love the Catholic Church, and regularly participate in Sunday worship.

What is MORE: The MORE (Marianist Outreach Retreat Experience) Team is a ministry of the Marianist Retreat and Conference Center (MRCC) in Eureka, MO – which is an outreach of the Marianist Province of the United States. Blessed Father William Joseph Chaminade – one of the founders of the Marianists – said that “one of our jobs is to always be on mission with Mary” and so we share in the mission of Our Lady. Her YES to God brought Jesus to the world, and we also try to bring Jesus to the world through our YES to God.

Requirements: Applicants must attend our mandatory training session on Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 9 am – 3 pm here at MRCC. Adults (18 and over) must be compliant with the Safe Environment policies of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, which includes attending a Protecting God’s Children workshop, ongoing training, and reviewing codes of ethical conduct. If you are an adult and have not yet registered to be compliant, please do ASAP. We require proof of your compliance before you can serve on any retreats. Applicants under 18 years of age need to make sure that at least one parent or legal guardian reviews our Parent Information Letter.

Applications: All applications must be submitted by 8 am on Monday, August 4, 2025. Please talk to Jesus about whether He is calling you to MORE, and please keep striving to “do whatever He tells you.” (John 2:5)
