Educator CPR Retreat with Fr. Joe Kempf – August 1 & 2, 2024

All educators are welcome to our annual Educator CPR (Come, Pray, Recharge!) Retreat which will be held here at the beautiful Marianist Retreat and Conference Center on Thursday and Friday, August 1 & 2, 2024.

For this retreat, our guest presenter is Father Joe Kempf, the talented and inspiration priest currently stationed at Most Sacred Heart Parish in Eureka, MO – just down the street from us. Father Joe will be with us through lunch on Thursday, and the remainder of the retreat will be brought to your by our retreat center staff members.

This one-day or two-day retreat (you choose!) offers you a quiet place to pray, rest, and recharge before this school year begins. We invite all educators —teachers, youth ministers, PSR catechists, principals, campus ministers, DREs, CREs, priests, deacons, and bishops — to slow down and give the same care and kindness you’ve shown to your students to yourself. All talks, prayer experiences, and worship opportunities are optional on this retreat; participate in as much or as little as you’d like! Listen to talks, worship, rest, spend time alone, enjoy group discussion, read a book, or anything else at all; this is your retreat. You can enjoy our beautiful woods and trails, river views, and outdoor prayer experiences. A detailed schedule listing a variety of options will be available upon arrival. All meals are included. Plus, for overnight attendees there will be an evening social with the opportunity to relax and enjoy each other’s company – or you can skip the social and head to your room for some alone time or early bedtime if that would make you happier! This is your time to pause and give your mind, body, heart, and soul what it needs most, and to support others who want to do the same.

Single Day Option: Wednesday from 8:30 AM — 4:30 PM (includes snacks, lunch, and all-day coffee service) – $70

Overnight Option: Wednesday from 8:30 AM — Thursday at 10:30 AM (includes snacks, three meals, evening social, and overnight accommodations) – $150
