After several moves\, from Oregon to eventually M issouri\, he settled in St. Charles\, MO and attended St. Charles West H igh School.\n\nWayne currently serves as the Mission Engagement and Comm unication Manager at the Marianist Retreat and Conference Center where h e assists with marketing\, networking\, and creating programs and servic e/volunteer opportunities while working closely with the MORE Team. With over 30 years of ministry experience\, Wayne has a passion for serving others\, a heart for ministry across all generations\, construction know ledge\, and innovative thinking. After attending Kenrick/ Glennon Semina ry\, he went on to UMSL for a Business Management Information Systems de gree.\n\nWayne and his family live in St. Charles\, MO and are member of St. Cletus Parish in St. Charles.\n\nTim Chik has a wife and kids\, cho ps wood\, fixes stuff\, knows some things\, loves Jesus and loves the Ca tholic Church. He went to St. Louis University High School in St. Louis. \n\nHe currently serves as a Leadership Consultant with the Catholic Lea dership Institute\, accompanying leaders as they discern\, grow\, and st rengthen their mission. He has formerly worked on the leadership team wi th Life on Belay\, building partnerships with non-profit organizations a cross the country to strengthen communities and support families. He spe nt more than a decade with the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas\, di recting operations for Savior Pastoral Center where he worked alongside Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann and diocesan leadership in support of evang elization\, discipleship\, and formation. Earlier in his career\, Tim he ld leadership roles in Catholic education at St. Louis University High S chool\, where he combined teaching\, coaching\, and pastoral formation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Saint Louis University\, where he graduated magna cum laude.\n\nTim and his family reside in O’ Fallon\, Missouri\, and are members of St. Joseph Parish in Cottleville\ , MO.\n\nPaul Halfmann is married with seven kids. He's an avid cyclist\ , loves to work out\, and enjoys watching sports with his grown sons. He went to Bishop DuBourg High School.\n\nHe and his wife Kay founded D:6 Ministries\, which helps parents pass on the Catholic faith\, and he is now the executive director of The Domestic Church Initiative which helps parents create a culture of prayer and forgiveness in the home. He has worked in the Archdiocese of St. Louis on retreat teams for youth and wa s the director of Jeffco Life Teen for nearly a decade. Paul has led Cat holic pilgrimage trips\, both domestic and international\, to shrines th roughout the world.\n\nPaul was raised in South St. Louis where he atten ded St. Mary Magdalen grade school\, and he graduated from the Universit y of Missouri-Saint Louis with a degree in Business Finance.\n\nPaul and his wife\, Kay\, have ten grandchildren and are parishioners at St. Jos eph Parish in Imperial\, MO.\n\nPaul Masek is married with children and enjoys hunting\, harvesting\, preparing\, cooking\, and consuming veniso n. When it is not deer season he can be found reminiscing on previous de er seasons\, planning for future deer seasons\, or both. He went to high school at Mercy High in University City.\n\nHe currently serves as the program director at the Marianist Retreat and Conference Center where hi s duties include doing what needs to be done and directing the MORE Team – a retreat ministry which offers retreat at our retreat center and o ut in the community. He is a veteran retreat leader who served for over thirty years in the Archdiocese of St. Louis working for the Charismatic Renewal\, Catholic Education Office\, Office of Youth Ministry\, and Ca tholic Youth Apostolate directing the REAP Team. He attended\, and gradu ated from\, Benedictine College in Atchison\, KS with an English major a nd a double minor in religious studies and education.\n\nPaul and his fa mily live in Maryland Heights\, MO and are members of Incarnate Word Par ish in Chesterfield\, MO.\n\nREGISTRATION: \n\nRegistration is now clos ed.
