DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to announce that our annual Advent retreat w
 ill take place on Friday\, December 6\, 2024 thru Sunday\, December 8\, 
 2024\, and the tremendous trio of Steve Givens\, Lucia Signorelli\, and 
 Fr. Tom Santen will once again be our presenters.\n\nThe theme is "The W
 ord is Still Becoming Flesh\," and the retreat will include time and spa
 ce for silence\, fellowship\, scripture-opening teaching\, experiences o
 f various kinds of contemplative prayer\, opportunities for the Sacramen
 t of Reconciliation\, Sunday Mass\, and small group sharing\,\n\nDoors w
 ill open at 5:00 pm on Friday night\, December 6\, 2024 and the retreat 
 will begin at 7:00 pm sharp. Dinner will not be served on Friday evening
 \, so please eat before you arrive. The retreat will end on Sunday\, Dec
 ember 8\, 2024 after lunch is served.\n\nThe cost of this weekend retrea
 t is $285 for a single person or $375 for a married couple couple. Cost 
 includes a private room\, all retreat materials\, five meals (3 on Satur
 day and 2 on Sunday)\, and access to many outdoor prayer experiences on 
 our beautiful 120-acre property which includes 3.5 miles of hiking trail
 s.\nOur Presenters\nRev. Tom Santen has been priest of the Archdiocese 
 of St. Louis for 54 years. He has served as a parish priest (including 1
 8 years as pastor of St. Joseph Parish in Manchester\, MO)\, a high scho
 ol religion teacher\, a college campus minister\, a youth retreat direct
 or\, spiritual director\, director of continuing formation of priests\, 
 and personnel director for priests. He has been involved in retreat work
  throughout his priesthood. He is “retired” and living at Regina Cle
 ri\, serving as the Holy Spirit beckons him.\n\nLucia Signorelli is a s
 piritual director who has served as a retreat director\, coach\, and a l
 ong-time educator. Her Catholic education ministry included teaching jun
 ior and senior high school\, elementary school administration and servin
 g as Regional Director of Schools for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.\n\nS
 teve Givens is a retreat and spiritual director\, a widely published wr
 iter on issues of faith and spirituality\, and a prayer companion for th
 ose praying the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola. He serves as
  executive director of the Bridges Foundation\, which offers the Spiritu
