Jennifer Duncan
Executive Director
Jennifer Duncan joined the MRCC leadership team in 2021. Jen has been married to her husband Joe for 30+ years, raised 3 fantastic children all while teaching elementary, middle school, and high school within the St. Louis Archdiocese. She has also served as the Director of Public Relations and as Campus Minister at Bishop DuBourg High School. Jen was led here after falling in love with MRCC, its mission and the Marianist Charisms during her more than 20 years of visits as both a retreatant and retreat director. She enjoys the outdoors, trying to camp, fly fish, and hike whenever possible. Jen has 2 primary roles: overseeing the daily operations at MRCC, and guiding others to Him through His mother, Mary. Paul Masek
Program Director
Paul Masek has been married to his beautiful wife Lisa for over 30 years, they have four incredible adult children, and for fun he loves hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and telling dad jokes. He is the funniest person he knows, though his wife says he doesn’t know enough people (so maybe she is funnier)! His history with MRCC goes all the way back to 1981 when he attended a retreat here as a high school senior at Mercy High School. He brings over 30 years of retreat ministry experience with young people of all ages, and has received his certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Archdiocese of St. Louis’ Catholic Renewal Center.
